I'm sponsoring my wife for PR.
she never was married before. and we have a daughter together who is already a canadian citizen.

in 0008 1st page, question 3.
it asks 'how many family members, including you, are in this application(see instructions guide)?

i'm confused, is it asking the principal applicant how many family members she has including people who already have canadian citizenship?
IF we include canadian citizen family members, answer is 3.
if we don't include the canadian citizen members, answer would be 1.

right?

so what should i answer?

It is asking how many people are being sponsored, so 1.

The sponsorship is for your wife , so the number of applicant in the application is only 1
