NVM the error was due to the file not being the correct pixels/size. I re-sized it to between the min and max requirements and was able to upload it successfully.

You should get it soon. Mines was since October 11th and I just got mines Jan 9th I think they working on October ECOPR now.

It’s Approval in Principle, you can apply for OWP or Student permit now.
The next step is decision made along with Portal invite.
It varies, please review the attached spreadsheet to review the data on previous applications submitted.
