“I AM CONFUSION!” Low CRS Score and get invited?!

Hello everyone!

I think this is the second post I am making here! I will just get to the point right away.
So, just yesterday, I saw Twitter posts from Canadian immigration related accounts saying CIC is inviting applications with very low CRS score. I’m aware that it is for CEC stream candidates. Lowest CRS score requirement for CEC

What I am confused about here is if someone doesn’t have enough CRS scores or EE points (which is 67), they can’t even submit the profile in the first place, right? So if they can’t submit EE profile, how can they get invitation with the lowest CRS score? Did they just create a profile and waited without submitting? Can we do that? Bothe CRS score and EE points are the same for eligibility for EE? I am quite confused now! Please enlighten me!

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score is for Express Entry(EE). You said 67 score which is Federal Skilled Worker Class(FSWC) required. The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) required one year work experience in Canada.

This draw only for CEC who has at least one year of work experience in Canada only. The one you say it is the different classes that class called FSW.
So at this time, the candidates just need work experience in Canada.

But how about “This”? The CRS score is low here. Did they just created EE profile without submitting the profile and waited? If so, how does the procedure work? Please!
