Dear Ghazal or anyone who is online now and can help me :

I'm goign to change my addreses and then cancle my representative,would you pleasae tll me that what should I do firstly?
I have prepared the change of address letter,shall I email it to Warsaw visa office then send the canclling forms to the case spesific Enq. or I have to send both within E-cas?

Or I have to send the change request and when I recieve their confirmation then send my cancelling request?

Pls pls pls pls help me unrgently

I think it is better to email them both to your visa office. they are in-charge of everything that is happening to your case now and in the end every thing will go throw that visa office

You can send both of them together, as I did.
Please be advised if you are going to send them seperately, you have to send your request for change of address first.

There is no difference if you use email or Case Sepecific Enquiry. In both of them they are identifying you through the email address which should be the same as provided one in the application form, otherwise they need your signed request for change.

بچه ها به وکیلمون زنگ زدم میگم یه ایمیل بزن پیگیری کن اصلا مدارکمون به دستشون رسیده یا نه به این بهانه سراغ ویزا رو هم بگیر
میگه اگه مدارک به دستشون نرسیده بود که یک ماه بعد نامه ی ریجکتیتون میومد
بعدم گفت از مدیکالتون فقط 3ماه گذشته تا 6ماه جا داره ما بعد از 4 ماه پیگیری میکنیم خلاصه یعنی هیچی به هیچی
