It has all gone through our representative, but I believe they got the AOR by email. The other letters have been PDF’s attached to emails.

If they’ve requested your Biometrics, does that mean your sponsor has been approved? Or do you get notified separately?

They just requested my biometrics. :)

I don’t know yet. We just got AOR 6 days ago, and we can see our application is ”In Process”, but we haven’t heard about SA, Biometrics, or medical request. I don’t know if we’ll be able to see them in ECAS or if our lawyer will get them and have to notify us. Time will tell!

We got the same message. We’re able to see the status of our application, but that’s it. If we change it so that we get the updates/notifications/emails, then our immigration lawyer won’t. We have to trust that he’ll forward us all emails and notify us of any updates.

Our immigration lawyer sent it from Michigan on December 22nd It didn't arrive at their office until February 12th.

Notified of AOR1 today!

There are now people in July getting their AOR1 (from India.)
