Having AIP means they can only refuse if you have changed ur course or college(they may recheck eligibility) or any issue in biometrics.. Apart from these, it's approval only.

Get college acceptance using Duolingo. Apply study visa using ielts general... apply via SDS only

It's possible if program is deferred, eligibility will be checked again
