It was exactly the same for us. 'Decision Made' became 'Completed' the day after the (virtual) Oath. Once we clicked on 'Completed' there was another line below #3 saying 'You became a Canadian Citizen on mm-dd-yyyy'

Hi folks, we have an update to our timeline: Received test invitation Jan 20. Took and passed the exam on Jan 31. Two days after the exam, our online application status still indicates "In Process".

Individual application, online test invitation was received on Jan 20, we have three weeks to take it starting Jan 22. Please update the spreadsheet. (AOR Jan 28)

I am in Toronto as well. No movement on the application status as of Jan 4, I check it online every day. (multiple times....)
