can someone please clarify this answer. If I get visa and then manage to convince university to defer my application for next semester, I need to update in webform ? or first I apply for defer and if i get it then i have to apply for visa with acceptance letter?

Your question is not clear. Why you are applying for visit visa? Are you a future student for 2020 jan session?

Anyways i believe we will not need to defer 2 times . can anybody advise whether we need exit-entry visa? Some ppl told they provided it but considering 1+ yrs program how it will make sense as our expat visa is for one yr only how we will make exit-entry visa with validity for more than a year?

Wow you are so flexible. Why do you want to defer, you could start online and it would be counted same as in Canada provided you complete half study in Canada. By the way you applied for which program if you don't have any issues to share?
