Absolutely! HSW March 2020 Inside Canada applicant here. Got AOR August 15th 2021. Nothing since AOR. Many 2021 applicants on the same boat even after applying 1+ years after me. At this point nothing makes sense to me now.

Are you sure that is not another Temporary AOR ?

Highly doubt that a 2021 applicant got a Permanent AOR. There are far too many 2020 applicants without one (including myself).

It is outrageous !!! Considering they promised 1500 first stage approvals, we should be seeing 75 people getting result a day or 375/weekly. At this point I really doubt they will accomplish what they have promised.
