Hi guys i have got some news. LVO will be opening on july 13th. Hoepfully in sha allah they will start processing files faster after that. How i got the info was from a facebook group someone had messaged the ircc and they replied about the opening. All the best people!

Feb 2019 applicant. But no update since dec.. no pre arrival just waiitng on eligibility

I think eligibility is the last step because when i had my local mp to an enquiry they said background is done and everything else just waiting for eligibility and its been 4 months since i got that answer..

Dont worry! Everyones case is different in sha allah it will be different for you and much quicker than mine. They had doubts about my case because they thought the marriage is only done for the purpose of PR. All the best to you dont worry.. the more we all stress the harder it will get for us...

It honestly doesnt make any difference, i have done it twice and they give the same answer.. totally useless

Hope all goes well for you! Im feb 2019 applicant, file transferred LVO NOV but they asked for further proof right away... if they havent asked anything yet i think its a good thing theyl jus wait for background and clear it once everything settles.. all the best to you!

Congrats! Atleast its decision made for you. I dont even know if they will accept my case or not because similar to yours they asked for rukhsati pictures and raised questions.. they had doubts that this marriage is done only for pr.. so i sent alot of proofs .. but no response since december

They asked me for further proofs because they had some doubts that my marriage dint look real and it was only done for the purpose of pr. So i sent them further proof including everything.
