When I was getting married post AOR I was told it will take additional 6 months processing time - that was back in July 2021. It took about 16 months until we got our COPR last month. But to be fair I believe COVID added to the delay in processing time. Not sure how much it takes nowadays.

It can take a while. Requesting RFRF payment indicates that your application is moving forward but nothing is conclusive yet. I paid my RPRF back in Dec 2020 and I got my COPR just a few days ago. So be patient and hang in there.
