Windor:I just found from my attorney that my case also got transferred to NY office.Already i had bad exp dealing with NY ofifce for my WP...they took 52 days to issue a Work Permit.Not sure how they gonna handle the PR.Lets watch out with hope.

Hi where did you apply for your WP?I applied in NYC on Jun 7th and still haven't received my passport...On top of it I'm a AINP nominated applicant and no need of a LMO...Could you plz respond?Did you submit your appln in person?

I think you can go to the consulate anytime and request for your passports...Since you don't require TRV anymore ,shouldn't be a big issue...In my case i want my WP stamped ,so i cannot walk in to their office and ask my passports back...Good Luck with it...Who knows when you go their office u...
