It should not create a problem. I made the same mistake by omitting my middle name in my Express Entry Profile, but i made sure it was the corrected one i filled during the PR application and i did not have any problem with that.

i continued with the application, filled the correct one in my PR application before submitting. i am still waiting.

How did you ressolve this please?
