They might be taking long time in assessing ur spouse’s eligibility, u will know from GCMS notes or if u need to call IRCC from outside Canada , check this it will help u...

UR so soon to receive ur PPR. Hopefully within this week. It took them exactly 4 business days after they were done with my application ( last step was adding a newborn dependent child) to send PPR , VO Sydney, NS. I think it won’t take longer in your case too, best of luck.
