As of yesterday, Eligibility, Criminality and Medicals were cleared. Security check was pending. As of today, security is also cleared. Application is pending for final decision. Please someone provide the time taken for providing final decision after all checks are done.

I have just seen a ghost update in my account. I hope it is for a good reason :)

Should we worry if federal election in Canada will impact our application? Will there be any chance for the new government to hold our applications which is delayed? I know it is a hypothetical question, but have anyone read any news related to it?

It seems like things are moving from 3rd week of Aug. Maybe, if you call them next week they may give you a good news :)

Did you call them recently? Whether your application is also marked for RR?

I had applied under CEC stream. The RR was to verify my Canadian experience.

I hope something positive is happening at Sydney. My eligibility was under RR from March 2nd week. It was passed on Aug 20th. Now security is pending and not yet initiated.

I am also waiting exactly with your situation. Looks like Sydney, NS is the slowest now. All my friends applied from Oct 18 to Apr 19 (5 of them) got their PR card and their applications were processed at Edmonton. I am the unlucky one.
