Just send the Original PP and prepaid envelope to Ottawa. What will be the next steps? How can she do her landing ( considering that she is already in Canada)? She has a US visit visa so we can go the US border as well? Can someone share their experiences?

Currently my mom is in Canada on supervisa for next 4-5 months. Can I request to change the PPR status in Canada (if she receive Passport request in Pakistan)? What do I have to do? any advice is appreciated.
