    Super visa applied for my mother and got a rejection. Reason "PG-1 criteria not met. Please refer to www.cic.gc.ca for requirements" Not mentioned any specific reason why the visa is refused. All the requirements were met - income, insurance etc.

    Looks like you have missed your citizenship ceremony. Were you keep checking updates on your account? You need to contact IRCC - most cases are done in 12 months. I applied in July 2022 and my Oath ceremony is after three weeks.
