Absolutely get the PCC for Australia... I was asked for a different country for a stay of 5 months with breaks in between. Plus it is so easy to get why don't do it and be ahead of any ADR's?

It is very easy to get a statement from VICROADS saying you've never held a Victorian Drivers license. Email them at this address DEMERITS@roads.vic.gov.au and ask for a letter saying you've never had a license there. Mention why you need it, they provided me with one within 10 days.

One month, right at the time my medical got approved. I also had to apply for it whilst outland and not registered anymore. When I sent off all the documents they sent the certificate 4 days later to the address provided.

I just waited for the official document, didn’t delay anything. They are quite fast with the processing and you get 60 days to upload the document after the ADR. Are you Dutch or did you just live there for a bit?
