Thanks for your response. I am anticipating that I might need a reschedule hence was checking. Do they give the rescheduled date right on the phone or do you need to wait? Hope it is not a flag of sorts?

Similar story as Neee for me. I called on Tuesday and the CIC agent advised that OWP was issued the day before. Application received at CIC on July 31st, 2015. Relieved!!!!! S

I am Indian! Can't imagine if that should be the case though. Have you called cic and checked status? I did yesterday and the agent advised me that there was no update hence he put a note to get an update.

Wondering what is going on with CIC. We sent our application on July 28 (received on July 31) and no OWP so far?? How many others are in a similar situation?

Hi Yun8123 What did you ask CIC agent, that they told you your OWP was approved on Nov 2? Whenever I have called them they say we cannot say anything until 4months are complete. Congratulations anyway! Thanks S
