Thanks man! This is new (that they didnt apply PR card becuase you are taking u-turn) but it is what it is. Do you see any downside of not having PR card applied ?

what are the ways to see the status once application submitted ? The only way i know is to login to oinp site and after giving last name/first name & Email address. Next to the file Number it shows Application status. Any other status pages ?

what happens if one accepts NOI and goes thru Provincial nomination process while CIC cut-off mets the score and get invite thru Express entry too ? At that time $1500 is throw-away... It seems going thru OINP route is $1500 additional cost :)

Guys, I am at 444 waiting. I have opportunity to go to 454 if i go for spouses's education eval. Just contemplating if its worth going thru the pain of dealing with schools and WES for next 2 months or eventually the equilibrium would be in 440s. Thoughts ? Thanks!
