Thanks for the response! I can understand but I feel the procedure is a little weird. If a person is moving to Canada permanently after 10-12 months of completing the landing procedure, how can the person have the full list of goods that he wants to import?

While completing landing procedure, officer told me that they are not issuing PR card as such but provided the landing document that can be used to come to Canada anytime through land (not by air). When I tried to change the address online, it was giving me the same error...

Thanks for the info but I tried the above link and it is not able to identify my application. I think this link is for the case when you have already applied for PR card and then want to change the address. I will try to call customer care and see what they say.

I am planning in third week of July and I have expired visa therefore planning to use AVR option while returning to USA.

I have not checked with them but I am sure if I call them they will say it is not allowed as soft landing is not an essential travel and with recent instructions from IRCC, soft landing is not allowed.

Yes, with COPR before March 18, we can cross Canada Border.
