Hi! I have payed for the biometrics on March 5th and on March 7th I received the reception of payment but nothing since then and the last day for biometrics to be submitted is April 4th . Anyone in the same situation? Why it takes so long...should I reach out to them already? Thanks!

Hi! I have a question. I received the biometrics request, paid for it and they sent me the confirmation of reception of the receipt and nothing else... Are they gonna send me an email about when and where I have to give my biometrics? Do I wait or I should go do it on my own?
