I think most people here have waited from 2-3 weeks for their COPR to be sent back. Today marks week 2 for me.

We sent ours on June 5th, received delivered confirmation from FedEx on June 7th. This Friday it will be two weeks since then! Hopefully we will receive our COPR any day now!

You get a PPR email :) Dunno about changing the return envelope address. I think there shouldn't be a problem but don't take my word for it.
