Hi! I have heard from various sources that you can fill in a CSE form and update your relationship status. Then you have to add your spouse's medical and police clearance certificate and there should be no issues in the application. But these are opinions, i don't have any authentic/verified news.

AOR is 15th December 2018. Medical Passed is 20-21 January 2019.
