From information available in most forums it seems Edmonton VO is quite slow. There's nothing you can do, just the waiting game. Did you also ask about your background checks to know if it has been passed?

You can know your VO either by calling IRCC and ask their agents TO ASK FOR YOUR vo AND APPLICATION UPDATE OR you fill out a webform asking for update and VO.
