I linked my application a week ago as well, still its not showing in my profile. Did your issue resolve?

try linking with the option of UCI and last name. Also , for when you became a PR , try the date of 14th march too - maybe they fed to system next day, if you arrived late night. Might help. Also, in my case, it says application linked but does not show the application on main page. any one...

They have not said this clearly anywhere.

I think you need to tell the airline that you have "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" (in as many words) and you must travel. Airlines would not know the difference between PR and COPR - so it's how you take this with them, might get u a chance

i think they are in process of figuring out themselves. They have not responded to any tweets on their twitter account about this topic. Also, the people who have contacted through call centre, have not received concrete answers. So lets wait and watch.
