Oh my mistake. Actually my consultant asked me to amend spouse name so after arranging all the documents i did apply for the passport again, by which the submission of application was delayed by 1 month. But "mandatory" is not a right word.

Yes you need to update spouse name on your Wife's passport, i have also reissued my passport mentioning my spouse name. It is mandatory for her to mention the spouse name on her passport because she is primary applicant and you are sponsoring her, not required for you to update her name on your...

Oh really, then they are processing file case to case basis as May and June file received applicant got their PPR. Lets hope for the best.

Almost same time as my application was received on 19th April. Med Req- 1st June NDVO started processing my file:- 18 July 2018 But till date no update?

NDVO will start working from 26th Dec or after the New Year. Pls advice.
