WES website says that they need UG clear copies only for Masters evaluation and not transcripts for UG. But if we want to assess both degrees the nyes we need two transcripts. Need more clarity on this. It is so confusing. sad part is I have already made the payment to WES so cant contact IQAS now.

Mumbai University has confirmed that they won't be sending transcripts directly via mail to any international agency. In this case what are we supposed to do as WES has changed its rule from Dec 01 2018? please advice.
