Received medical from NY office on August 28th. :D It took them one year to issue medical......

Anyone received medical request recently from NYO? My file was transferred to NY in August 2010 and In Process in August 31st. I am in FSW1 category and not sure how long I will have to wait for Medical Requests. :(
