Oh okay as far as i know background check is not applicable for applicants applying from india. Bcz mine was saying on background check its not applicable.. maybe it may differ from person to person.. All we can do is oray to God!! Hope for the best results Best of luck!!

It is possible and it has happened with the grace of almighty applied on 3rd sep approved on 5th sept and i got the passport on 7th sept. But wait!! Why should i show my letter of approval to you? Whats the matter? Can i benefit from this if i say lie? There’s no point in lying as i dont know...

10th won’t be an issue bcz you have done higher education so i dont thinku need to show 10th documents if u apply under SDS

I applied offline from punjab on 3rd september got my tracking no. From my agents On 4th sept and my visa got Approved on 5th and by 7th september my passport was in my hand. Best of luck to everyone. Waheguru mehar rakhe:)

If you are applying under SDS then u dont need to show your fathers ITR’s bcz i also did the same. If you have paid your GIC you are good to go. Best of luck!!

If you have genuine documents. I think you should consult with experienced immigration lawyer. Hopefully decision will be on your side as you say that your TOEFL is expired so its not a fake document. So fraudulent documents gets out of the equation. Hope for the best!!

I I dont think that you can apply for any college or university with GENERAL IELTS. It needs to be academic only.
