Well.. yes and no. One of the requirements for this category is that the applicant is residing in Canada, but theoretical short breaks would be allowed, and you don't get in trouble for leaving... IF you are able to come back. If, for whatever reason, the applicant is denied entry into Canada...

Well, as Love_Young said, the fastest way to check would be to post the first few sentences up here :) These letter tend to be generic so members here should recognize it right away.
