apparently both outland and inland have 12 month timeframes right now. if you'd like to have the baby in Canada with your husband - based on your posts inland may make more sense?

yes - i was unsure about that - but all i had to do was submit my receipt that I paid for her citizenship and it was in process. it needn't be complete.
