Hi Everyone - Late on the thread, but my VO is also Montreal. AOR is Apr 28 (Medical Cleared May 7), with first GCMS notes ordered on Jun 22 (no movement post medical) & second ordered on Aug 28.

@legalfalcon My AOR is April 28 & had requested for GCMS notes on Jun 22 via GetGCMS. However, I have not yet received the notes, although the 30 days deadline has passed. Will like to hear thoughts on potential cause and implications. Thanks in advance
