If the primary applicant and dependent submit their respective passports at two different places (say the PA submits at Ottawa and DEP at Delhi), will they issue COPR separately or wait for both passports to be in before processing both together?

Okay that sounds great! Do you know how long will CIC keep the file open for the dependent to enter Canada as PR? Or will they close the file after issuing PR to me?
