From my personal experience, you can submit but it will come up as ineligible and you will have to fill up the form again. You can give it a try though.

Ohh my, 45 points is a huge deal. I would suggest to go for a recheck. If its just 0.5 increase then you might get it, but if you need more than 0.5 then retest is one option.

Any of you guys from 6th Jan got results?

Check your CRS score buddy, If there is not much of a difference in the points then apply with this results. As to what I understand is listening score plays an important role in our CRS calculation

I am sure your English is much better than a lot of people here, that does not mean it makes you a better person. Just because some people have not received their scores does not make them guilty of cheating. Its easier for you to say all of this when your score is out and the others are not...
