What documents did you attach? Raise a CSE....but not sure if you would get a response. Eligibility is based on basic requirement criteria for spouse...like NOC job in 0, A, B. Valid marriage certificate, etc

Work permit is issued only one time for everyone. If you applied for PR and your work permit is about to expire then you could apply for extension

I got the same, i think its only valid for people who require Biometrics. For me it still says not required under biometrics

I am not an expert, but what i suggest is to submit employment letter along with noc code and stuff with latest paystubs through their ircc web form (CSE). Ask few experts too and dont rely on my answer alone.

Does the document clearly mention your job duties, work hours, designation etc? If yes, then its fine. But it all depends on the officer, i have seen cases where simple offer letters are attached and those applications are rejected because offer letter do not clearly mention job duties. Its...

Bro, there are people who applied in march and april who are still waiting. I applied in may 17th too. Processing time is 12 weeks now...but in real it takes more than that
