How long does it take to get the passport back after it is sent?

Finally PPR!!! does any one know how long usually does it take to get the passport back? I am in the USA. Thanks

constantly checking my account every few hours is really not healthy. .......

yeah, just use skype. I don't think you can call using your cell. but what you can get from the call is very limited, pretty much nothing more than what has been disclosed on your account.

yes, it works, I called using skype ( you need to have credit first), but you have to wait like over 30 minutes.

so we don't have to see an "update" on our profiles to receive PPR email?

haha interesting! according to these two articles, my occupation is actually in the TOP 10 list! I guess something is not right with my case. lol

I did, by residency country and citizenship country. I am based in the U.S. The only reason I can think of is some occupations are processed faster because that's what Canada really needs. I wish the tracker has a filed for people to input NOC

no. she just mentioned some verification thing. and kept reminding me that oh you know this process takes about 6 months. balabal.... I saw some people AOR after me and also based in the US have been approved. is it because different NOC?

yeah, I called the other day. the agent said that my case is being processed in Ottawa and still doing some verification. what she knew was also very limited ...... I don't have that much time tho..sigh

the wait is literally killing me!!! have been ip2 since FEB 27. almost a month ... I am in the US, so I assume the lvo would be Ottawa?

I used FedEx to send passport with a return label before, it's pretty simple. you just need to have an account and the FedEx staff will help you create the label and ship with it. But I used for domestic shipping to Japanese consulate. should be similar.

I am also resident in the US. IP2 on 27th Feb....still waiting .....it's driving me crazy now.....
