Applied by paper Feb 2021, AOR March 2022 and it just started processing on June 2. Status shows Decision Made but no update in the details page.

Looks like the wait time has been updated to 15 months after a complete application is received. Does this mean 15 months _after_ we receive AOR?

Name change application delivered Feb 4, 2021, within Canada. No AOR as expected, but recording it here so I can report on the timeline as it progresses.

I can only answer 1) - I stuck the photo before, the counter people did not have glue stick with them and I had to go out and buy it and stick myself.
