am in the same situation. The CHC refused to extend the Visa saying if i dont land by the given date i have to start the process afresh...so i have to Land in Canada get the certificate of Landing and apply for PR Card then i will be back within a week...it is very expensive knowing that will do...

another question on RPRF....when you pay the 490 and send the print out to CIC...do they send you a receipt to show they have received the payment before sending it to the processing office?or what is the procedure?

me too heard nothing from CHC and more more waiting 7 months down the line..all we can do is to be patient....mimie am also on that other Nairobi Link and that lady her process has been very fast,thy are very lucky..lets keep on strong and this will be by gone one day.....all the best guys!
