I am in Quebec doing a Master. The deadline to drop a course without mention of fail on my transcript is March 12.
a- Will I have problems with immigration if I drop a course that I am going to fail?
b- Can I work during summer if I drop the course?

I applied on May 14, 2017. On September, 26th, 2017, VO in Paris asked me for a deferral letter for January intake. I uploaded the letter in September 27. No update or passport request till now.

Background check went from processing your background (August 12-Sep 26) to "your application is in progress. we will send you a message when we start you background." for almost a Month then " we are processing your background"... I am still waiting......
