Was your case also for a PCC?

It was the same, lapsed records missing. Basically any embassy cannot provide a PCC with lapsed criminal records, it can only be given by Korean Police from within Korea.

I Got rejected for exact same reason. :( Looks like the only way to get correct PCC from Korea is through someone in Korea.
