I got a ghost update yesterday evening but no PPR as of now :(

Can it be the case that the people who still are in submitted stage are in Procedural Fairness stage??

It seems that for now they are just changing the status of the applications for applicants with CRS > 400. Correct me if anyone with CRS < 400 and application submitted in November has seen his/her status moved from Submitted.

I am in the same boat. Submitted on 14th Nov and still the status is Submitted :(

Finally got the mail from OINP about the receipt of payment and application status is now submitted :)

I checked with my bank and they said that they have approved this payment made towards MCI-OINP and I have received the email from bank for the same but my application status hasnt changed from "Waiting for Submission" and I can still edit my profile :(
