Got my GCMS notes on 21st Dec. file approved on 9th Nov. Nothing after that.

I did. Raised CSE & got standard reply. emailed LVO 3 weeks ago, No reply. emailed ottawa last week, also No reply yet!

I don’t want to disappoint you bro. but My application was approved on 9 Nov. & still waiting for the PPR email which has never come yet!!! Not sure what is going on but the only thing we can do is to wait. For me, 45 days left to complete 6 months.

How long did they take to respond back?

Congratulations for your PPR. Is your LVO Abu Dhabi? Which stream did you apply under? I am in UAE as well AOR 7th Sept. and my file was approved on 9th Nov. and still waiting that email!

NB. You’re right, I am not actually in hurry but the question I am asking myself, If the file is approved, should it take that long to finalize! IRCC is unpredicted. Next week I may request another GCMS to get more clarity.

As per the GCMS notes, it is Ottawa.

My ghost update was on 9th Nov. and that was when my application got approved. More than 2 months now, No PPR!

As per the case reviewer comments in the GCMS notes: Application is approved and RFV (Ready For Visa)! Lets see how things go, wait continues.

I am based in UAE, LVO is ADVO and sent them already 2 weeks ago. Thier response time is 15 working days and I am still waiting.

Is this a reply on CSE logged? Have you ordered GCMS for more details?

Basically, it is a deep security review & investigation of an application (suspicious fraud on documents for instance) & on the applicant himself / herself. CIC can't control it because it depends on how soon the information they are requesting from foreign govt's are provided.
