Agreed. You do NOT have to send in passports issued by other countries. If you have a travel document from Canada ie special Canadian certificate/ passport then you will have to send them in for cancellation. This has been stated by the IRCC and also a quick call to an agent.

I did my test on the 5th October and passed. However, I'm still seeing that they are waiting on me to do the test. I contacted IRCC who said its a bit strange and they'll be forwarding a note to my case processing office(Mississauga). Hope I get a positive response soon!

Yup..I sent the same template to both of them..then they putted my duties in the letter..printed it on the official company letterhead paper..signed and printed it

By the way..this is not a misrepresentation if your employers sign it..it would have been if your forged the letters.

Were the letters stamped by the employers?.. reason I am asking is because I also sent a template letter to my past and current employer. They both stamped and sign the letters. So far I didnt have problems with CIC as yet...

That's really weird..did you give your employers a template letter so they could fill in the blanks?(nothing wrong with that)

Thanks it does help..my VO is the Mexico VO.. they asked for my bank statements and I FedEx it and also raised a CSE with the docs the following day.. hopefully they decide quickly with the docs I sent them

Good Day, How long it took for IRCC to give you an answer after you uploaded your prrof of funds within the 15 days?. I am in the same boat and they told me to upload in 15 days which I did on the 3rd day...now its the 18th day and I havent heard anything new. Thanks.

even when they said just supporting civil docs and PCC should be translated in the letter they sent me..? '..Please note: Supporting civil documents and police certificates must be in English or French. If they are not, send a certified translation with a copy of the originals...'
