i called the call center and they said my eligibility was passed... Eligibility being passed isn't really a definite sign that its been passed to a local office. I think when the status says no additional docs required, it shows it has been sent or in process of being sent.

Yup I saw that..That is good news!...personally I dont want to give you false hope but I do believe your file has been already transferred to Mexico office...why?...because your ADR changed to 'no docs are needed'..just my personal view..you can verify as you said at the end of the month.
