I made it without reservation.

I asked Copa Airlines and it is not required to board that flight to have the pre-booked three day hotel.

I think luggage pickup is after immigration

My flight will arrive at 11:38 pm February 21th. Should I book three day hotel?

I have remained in the line for two hours and 15 minutes.

In my case it is required to attend face to face classes. My program has a big percentage hands-on component. We, interantional students, are contributing to the Canadian economy.

I will travel next Sunday, february 21th from Colombia. The flight is sopposed to arrive in Toronto at 11:38 pm the same day. I am not sure if I will have to book the three day hotel.
