Anyone received their passports?

I believe this is only if you have been rejected or even filed an asylum to any other countries as well like USA. Or is this applicable to normal people too who are travelling for the first time and have no asylum cases filed anywhere whatsoever.

Is it only applicable coming from USA or coming from any other countries like India, Pakistan or Afghanistan?

Does t his mean that if you have legally entered Canada on a visit visa - you cant apply for asylum/refuge?

What was the reason - tourism?
