yes they processed my application without considering it incomplete because if anybody applied visa under spp category they cannot return application. either they approve or reject the application.

my application was incomplete (signature) i got rejection stating that mentioned reasons without returning file to me.

yes i am sure that i have not signed on family information form and vac consent form. my application status on vfs global tracking service is showing that the processed passport has been forwarded to new delhi visa office.

once i got refusal i will not be able to apply under spp.

Shall visa officer give another chance to applicant if his/her document is incomplete i.e missing signature on consent form, spp checklist or family information form IMM5645E form OR visa officer will return file back stating unprocessed or will make a refusal for that in India, if applied under spp
