Thank you for your response! In regards to the LMIA- exempt work permit, I'm on an IEC working holiday visa. Somewhere it says that it means my job is exempt, but I've heard conflicting opinions. & when I say my job offer I do mean the one I haven't gotten yet but expect to receive soon.
