Did you track it with canada post /courier ( whichever you used) when you sent it? If it was delivered, the current time for them sending AOR ( acknowledgement of receipt) by email is between 2 and 3 months. I'd suggest you call them.

thanks. 1.Did the CBP officer ask her proof of Canada PR status? 2.She entered US by air and left US by land. I read on CBP site that if you do that your departure from US may not be recorded correctly.

dpenabill, so, one can infer from your post that one may ( or may not) face problems with US agents entering US from a third country with a purpose to cross to canada with an expired PR card ( but with a renewal ecas).

I sent everything and my case was genuine with a medical condition but they still did not process it as urgent. It is at their discretion totally.
